Due to his significant contribution to the public service area, Jerry has been elected as CPA, Australia Public Service Community QLD Board Member.
Jerry’s specialties comprise tax structure and asset protection, international trade, corporate accounting, banking and finance, accounting and business system design, budgeting and management reporting, property development accounting, agribusiness data analysis by using DAX, Power Pivot and Power BI.

Since joining the BMT team, Alan has played a key role in educating investors and property related organisations about the importance of property tax deprecation. Alan has become actively involved in new business development and is well versed in explaining the difference depreciation makes to the post tax cost of owning an investment property.
Alan’s presentation will demonstrate the benefits of having a tax depreciation schedule completed on an investment property and how an investor can potentially save thousands of dollars at tax time.
